Proving you are never too old to begin working out or staying in shape, meet this former gymnast. He’s a 60 year old man who avoids all weights and simply works with body weight. In true gymnastic fashion, he spends a lot of time on levers, skin the cat, and other gymnastic movements that utilize core as well as other stabilizing muscle groups.
This is just to show that fitness is a life long endeavor that will certainly pay off in the future. Think of it as investing in your own future and fitness.
