Building Shoulders and Core at the Same Time

One of the most under utilized moves in the gym these days seems to be the overhead press. There’s a lot of benching; a lot of deadlifting, and a lot of squatting. However, there isn’t a lot of overhead press. But this is a shame. The overhead press not only builds your shoulders, it also builds your core when done properly. How so? Because it takes a tight core to move that weight overhead in a safe and proper manner.
