What do you do when you don’t have access to the gym? Well, your first response with a bit of glee and mischief in your mind’s voice is: “Rest day!”
No. Not so fast. There are some great body weight only exercises you can do to get a killer workout in. So it doesn’t matter if you have access to a gym. What you really need is the motivation and desire to make gains, no matter what your surroundings may be.
So, even if you are on vacation and away from the gym, don’t let that ever stop you from getting a great workout in and burning some fat.
